International Cooperation

On 26 November 2020 the first meeting for the Jean Monnet winners-2020 was organised by EACEA.

The main aim of the event was to acquaint the representatives of the project teams with the peculiarities of Jean Monnet’s projects, to provide consultations on current issues and to establish cooperation with the coordinators.

From Voronezh State University Head of International Office, coordinator of “EU and Russia: Fact, Fake, Fiction — EURUF” JM COE Alla Akulshina and coordinator of “Understanding International and national law: towards deeper Europeanisation? — EUSCORE” JM Project Dmitry Galushko participated in the meeting.

During the meeting, the following issues were covered: key aspects of grant management, clarification of the Grant Agreement, work with annexes to the Agreement, electronic reporting, visualization rules, penalties, activities in the conditions the Covid-19 pandemic, dissemination of results on the Erasmus+ project results platform, Jean Monnet best practices etc.

Within the second half of the meeting, participants worked in 7 parallel virtual sessions, where practical cases on grant management were demonstrated, as well as answers to questions were obtained.
