In 2015, the project 561603-EPP-1-2015-1-DE-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP «Establishment of Centers for Competence and Employability Development» (COMPLETE) received funding of the European Union in the framework of Erasmus Plus “Capacity building in the field of higher education” (Action 2). The project’s implementation period is 15/10/2015-14/10/2018.
The aim of the project is to analyse the concept of employability which comprises such aspects as professional competences, job requirements, market sectors and how it manifests itself in HEIs. Complete strives to find the way how competence model can be integrated in course programmes, which will enable to begin a constructive dialogue between HEI and the economic sector.
The core idea of the project is to establish Centres for Competence and Employability Development (CCED) at partner country universities in KZ and RU under different starting conditions and requirements, with customized offerings for target groups:
