From April 10 to April 22, the module 11 "Taking into account the identity of communicants in business contacts" was implemented for the students of the Executive MBA program and the President’s program for the preparation of managerial personnel. The target group representatives work as management personnel at the Voronezh enterprises.
The module was implemented with the participation of invited specialists from the Higher School of Economics in Paris.
Raymon Schivre has read a series of lectures on the theme "Management of communication". It was devoted to the study of the basics of communication, its practical application, management and leadership, communication between cultures and generations and had a practical orientation, based on the use of active forms and methods of instruction.
Vyacheslav Aviutsky, in his turn, gave lectures on the discipline "Intercultural Management", within the framework of which the students of the program expanded their intercultural competencies in the theoretical and practical aspects, participated in the analysis of cases.
