The objective of the project is to develop and harmonize internationalisation strategies in the field of Higher Education both in the EU and on the territory of the partner countries, i.e. Armenia, Belarus and Russia. The collaborative work between the universities as well as participation of the national ministries will make it possible to develop informative toolkits for implementing internationalisation strategies in the dimension of research and innovation.

The project activities such as training sessions, interview data analysis, staff exchange programmes will expand understanding of the ways of internationalisation in HEIs.

Complete: Establishment of Centers for Competence and Employability Development

The aim of the project is to study the concept of employability, which comprises such aspects as professional competences, job requirements, market sectors, and analyse how it manifests itself in HEIs.

As long as the term ‘employability’ is defined in a number of different ways, it is difficult to describe precisely what skills and abilities students should acquire at the end of the study period. What is more, adaptation of the competence-based approach is not implemented at all institutions, which results in employers’ dissatisfaction and students’ inability to implement theoretical knowledge into life.

Complete strives to find the way how the competence model can be integrated in course programmes in order to begin constructive dialogue between HEIs and economic sector.
