On 31 October 2023, the Rector of the National University of Comahue, Maria Beatriz Gentile, signed a cooperation agreement between Voronezh State University and the National University of Comahue. This agreement had been earlier signed by VSU Rector, Dmitry Endovitsky. This is an important stage in establishing strong and reliable relations between the universities of the two countries. The Rector's Office and the Faculty of International Relations of VSU started to prepare additional agreements providing for student and lecturer exchange programmes. This cooperation agreement opened up new horizons for broad cooperation between Russia and Argentina in the field of higher education.
